The short answer is: usually very well.
Hypnosis for the purpose of making personal changes (on any level),
'therapy', performance improvement or healing, pitches the change at
the 'unconscious'. This means that the desired goal is communicated to
that part of the self that has more say and power over behaviours
(physical and mental-emotional) than the conscious mind.
Experience has shown that (figuratively speaking) a battle of wills
between the conscious and unconscious will see the unconscious win
almost every time.
Most problematic behaviours are driven by the unconscious, hence the
difficulty in changing those behaviours (overriding the unconscious).
When the unconscious aligns with the conscious will/goal or wishes, the
more powerful 'part' of the self tends to enforce this new directive.
Once the unconscious engages in directing new behaviour, the new
behaviour is what one tends to get.
This explanation is simple, but summarises the basic intent behind
therapeutic hypnosis.

February 2012 sees the return of Lujan Matus to Cape Town for three workshops.
Two workshops focus on shamanic energy practices much like Nei-Gong (of which Qi-gong/Chi-Kung forms a part).
1. Dragon's Tears
2. The Three Treasures
The third is a Recapitulation workshop. This is a method of inner work to clear stuff that prevents us from having full access to our own energy and choice in our lives.
