Hypnosis as change methodology usually follows a 3 - -6 session plan.
Sessions can be as regular as three times a week, or once a week.
Sessions typically are 1 - 1.5
hours in duration.
First time clients discuss
questions, and receive a briefing on approach and their role in making
changes. The sessions then invovles analysis of the goal, the present
situation/problem, and the larger context within which the change will
have effects, and approaches to change. Often a first hypnosis session
takes place to familiarise the client with hypnosis, or as part of
anaysis.
Subsequent sessions handle
feedback, any adjustments, and further hypnosis sessions to re-inforce
and-or expand the changework.
Sessions have a 1 - 1.5 hour duration.

February 2012 sees the return of Lujan Matus to Cape Town for three workshops.
Two workshops focus on shamanic energy practices much like Nei-Gong (of which Qi-gong/Chi-Kung forms a part).
1. Dragon's Tears
2. The Three Treasures
The third is a Recapitulation workshop. This is a method of inner work to clear stuff that prevents us from having full access to our own energy and choice in our lives.
