Background:

Hypnosis has received mixed reviews -depending on the source, for many years. Certain scientifically unexplained aspects of hypnosis has allowed critics the opportunity to propagate their also unproven opinions and interpretations.

Ultimately it is not the fault of hypnosis that science is still uncapable of explaining the method. Science does agree though that, when applied propperly, hypnosis usually works remarkably well and fast.

Several prominent psychology schools world-wide teach hypnosis as a formal subject.

Shamanic Nei-Gong

February 2012 sees the return of Lujan Matus to Cape Town for  three workshops.

Two workshops focus on shamanic energy practices much like Nei-Gong (of which Qi-gong/Chi-Kung forms a part).
